coconut oil and cholestrol

Coconut oil does not contain cholestrol.The flesh of coconut contains steroles and fibres which prevents cholestrol to enter in to the blood from intestine. By scientific viewing coconut oil does not enhance or decrease cholestrol content in blood.The food cooked in coconut oil and the curry prepared using the coconut won’t make any danger to your health.

No oil contain cholestrol.but coconut oil has more saturated fat which affect the cholestrol.so please check this.By the way ur recipes are really smart.
